I grew up in Malibu, California where my life centered on playing soccer and surfing. I graduated high school a year early to attend Principia College, from which I recently received a BA in Religion. While at Principia, I was captain of the women’s soccer team, participated in two study abroads to Greece and Turkey and Brazil, worked as a Resident Assistant for freshmen girls, and completed my senior writing project on Catholic and Muslim religious education for children. I am eager to return to the Rocky Mountains after spending five summers, dispersed across the last eight years, at Adventure Unlimited Ranches, three of which I spent as a camper and two as staff.
If Link had come into existence just a few years earlier, I imagine I would have jumped at the opportunity to attend this amazing school. I found the traditional high school environment was not conducive to the growth I was seeking, so an early graduation allowed me to start on the right path earlier than expected. I am so grateful to be joining the Link family and look forward to participating in a unique and refreshing approach to education.
